CUSTOM CAKE ORDERS: We request that you give us at least two weeks’ notice for custom cake orders, however, that does not guarantee a spot will be available for your date of order pick-up/delivery. An invoice will be sent for the full payment or a 50% deposit and it expires after three days. For any rush orders, only 24 hours for the invoice.

At least two weeks in advance. Booking in advance is better! If less than two weeks, please check if I’m available to do a quick order cake.

Yes, a rush fee will be applied for any order except quick-to-order cakes (if no less than 5 days).

Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo are accepted. I do the bookings via QuickBooks Online, and there are also credit card payment methods.

Yes, it is my business policy to require a deposit or a full payment (if less than 1 week) before starting on any order. If there is no deposit or full payment, your order is NOT finalized if even though we had communication about a cake order. Any invoices that were sent expires after three days for an order that is two weeks out and 24 hours for an order that is a week out. The order is secured once the deposit is made. If the payment is not paid in full 3 days before the event, your order is cancelled. Due to the materials that may have already been acquired, prep work that has been done, and a time slot is now unfilled, Cancellations are accepted up to 14 days before the pick-up/delivery date of your order, please see below for the refund cancellation policy.

Yes, as long I have the availability on the new date, and the new date request is more than two weeks away, or the cancellation policy applies if I do not have availability. (I.e., last-minute changes) I understand there are unforeseen circumstances, and I will try to work with you on the new date!

As of now, we offer cakes up to 75 servings. A tasting box is provided at an additional fee.
